Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Kohtla-Järve riigigümnaasium)

Nordecon AS ja Riigi Kinnisvara Aktsiaselts allkirjastasid lepingu Kohtla- Järvele tulevase riigigümnaasiumi hoone ehituseks aadressil Pärna tänav 47. Uus 2 800 m(2) netopinnaga kahekorruseline ja maa-aluse tehnilise korrusega koolihoone on planeeritud liginullenergiahoonena. Koolihoone valmib järgmise aasta suvel ning alustab tegevust 1. septembril 2019. Projekti ehitusmaksumus on 4,347 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Kohtla-Järve State Gymnasium)

Nordecon AS and Riigi Kinnisvara Aktsiaselts (State Real Estate Ltd) entered into contract for construction of the new building of Kohtla-Järve State Gymnasium located Pärna 47. New two storey school with 2,800 m(2) of net space and additional underground technical floor will be a zero-energy building. The construction works will be completed next summer and school opened on 01 September 2019. The value of works is 4.347 million euros, plus VAT.
