AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv SIA Merks ja SIA Lidl Latvija on sõlminud ehituslepingu ligikaudu 47 000 ruutmeetri suuruse kogupinnaga logistikakeskuse ehituseks Ulbrokase tänaval Riias. Logistikakeskuse ehitus hõlmab laohoone ehitust koos kõrvalasuva administratiivhoone, toetavate rajatiste ja infrastruktuuriga. Lepingu maksumus on 42,5 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2018. aasta septembris ning nende valmimine on planeeritud 2020. aasta jaanuarisse. Construction contract in Latvia (Lidl logistics centre in Riga)

SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and SIA Lidl Latvija have entered into a contract to build a logistics centre with a total area of ca. 47,000 square metres situated on Ulbrokas street in Riga. The construction of the logistics centre will include construction of a warehouse and an adjacent administration building with supporting facilities and infrastructure. The value of the contract is EUR 42.5 million, plus value added tax. The construction works will start in September 2018 and they are scheduled to be completed in January 2020.
