Inbank Eesti tegevjuhina alustas tööd Margus Kastein

Täna, 10. septembril alustas Inbanki Eestis tegutseva äriüksuse juhina tööd pikaajalise juhtimiskogemusega Margus Kastein. Inbanki Eesti äriüksuse uuel tegevjuhil Margus Kasteinil on ligi kahekümneaastane kogemus rahvusvaheliste ettevõtete tippjuhina. Aastatel 2000-2016 oli Kastein tegevjuht mitmetes edukates ettevõtetes nagu Saku Õlletehas AS, Aldaris AS ja Ingman Jäätised AS. Viimased kaks aastat tegutses Kastein juhtimis- ja finantskonsultatsioonide alal. Inbanki nõukogu esimees Priit Põldoja hindab Margus Kasteini tugevat jaeäri alast kompetentsi ning pikka juhtimiskogemust kõrgelt. ?Eesti on Inbanki kõige kasumlikum ja suurima turuosaga äri ja siin asub ka meie peakontor. Mul on hea meel, et panga Eesti äri hakkab juhtima nii tugev professionaal," ütles Põldoja. Inbanki juhatuse esimees Jan Andresoo lisas, et kuigi Inbanki fookuseks on jätkuv rahvusvahelistumine, on endiselt oluline Eesti ärimahtude kasvatamine. ?Pankade seas on meie uue müügi turuosa tarbijakrediidi väljastamisel Eestis ligi 20%, kuid sellega meie ambitsioonid ei piirdu. Kiire areng on proovikivi igale organisatsioonile ja tugevate juhtide olemasolu on parim viis kasvu toetada. Seetõttu on mul rõõm näha Margust meiega liitumas ja usun, et ta aitab Inbankil areneda kiiremini ja fokuseeritumalt," ütles Andresoo. Margus Kastein sõnas, et ta otsustas Inbankiga liituda, sest talle on sümpaatsed nii panga ambitsioonid, ärimudel kui ka dünaamiline juhtimisstiil. ?Mulle meeldib viis, kuidas Inbank läheneb pangandusele ja plaanin rakendada oma juhtimiskogemusi ettevõtte turupositsiooni edendamisel ja konkurentsieeliste tugevdamisel. Olen seadnud endale kolm suurt eesmärki: pakkuda klientidele parimaid tooteid ja teenindust, luua töötajatele inspireeriv töökoht ja tagada äri tasakaalustatud kasv," ütles Kastein. Seni Inbanki Eesti üksuse müügitegevust juhtinud Piret Paulus on nüüdsest Inbanki grupi äriarenduse juht, vastutades rahvusvahelise laienemise eest. Inbanki grupi tegevjuhi ja juhatuse esimehena jätkab tööd endiselt Jan Andresoo. 2015. aastal pangana tegutsemist alustanud Inbank pakub teenuseid oma internetipanga ja partnervõrgustiku kaudu. Today, on 10 September, Margus Kastein took his new post as the head of Inbank Group's business unit operating in Estonia, bringing longstanding managerial experience to the position. The new managing director of the Estonian business unit of Inbank has close to 20 years of experience as a top executive for international companies. From 2000 to 2016, Kastein served as CEO of several successful companies such as the breweries Saku Õlletehas AS and Aldaris AS and the ice cream manufacturer Ingman Jäätised AS. In the last two years, Kastein has been in the field of providing management and financial consultations. Priit Põldoja, Chairman of Inbank's Supervisory Board, said he had a high regard for Kastein's strong competence in the field of retail operations and longstanding senior managerial experience. "Estonia is where Inbank has its most profitable business and highest market share and it is also where our headquarters is located. We are glad that the Estonian unit will be headed by a professional with such a solid background," said Põldoja. Jan Andresoo, Chairman of Inbank's Management Board, added that although Inbank was focused on continuing internationalisation, strengthening business activity on the bank's principal market was still on the agenda. "Among banks, our share of new sales of consumer credit in Estonia is close to 20%, but our ambitions go beyond this. Rapid development is a challenge for every organization and the presence of strong leaders is the best way to support growth. Therefore, I am delighted to see Margus joining us and believe that he will help Inbank to develop faster and in a more focused manner," said Andresoo. Kastein said that he decided to join Inbank because the bank's long-term plans, business model and dynamic style of leadership struck a chord with him. "I like the way Inbank approaches banking and I hope to apply my managerial experience to advance the company's market position and strengthen competitive advantages. I have set three major goals for myself: offering customers the best products and service, creating an inspiring place for employees to work, and ensure a balanced growth of business volumes," said Kastein. Piret Paulus, who had previously been in charge of sales for the Estonian unit of Inbank, has taken the position of Head of Business Development for Inbank Group, where she is in charge of international expansion. Jan Andresoo will continue as the CEO and Chairman of Management Board for the Inbank Group. Launched as a bank in 2015, Inbank supplies services through its Internet bank and partner network.
