Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Kuuseheki 52 korterelamu)
Message
Nordecon AS ja Kinnistud S OÜ sõlmisid lepingu Saue linna Kuuseheki 52 A-klassi energiamärgisega 48 korteriga kortermaja ehitamiseks. Ehitusleping hõlmab korterelamu ja välistrasside projekteerimis- ja ehitustöid. Nelja trepikojaga majal on 4 155 m(2) bruto- ning 3 500 m(2) netopinda. Hoonel saab olema kolm maapealset ja üks maa-alune korrus. Lepingu maksumus on 3,5 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad septembri keskel, maja valmib 2019. aasta novembri lõpuks. Construction contract (Kuuseheki 52 apartment building)

Nordecon AS and Kinnistud S OÜ entered into contract for building the Class A energy rating apartment building with 48 apartments at Kuuseheki 52, Saue. The agreement includes performance of design and construction works of the building and utility networks. Extending over three above ground and one underground floors, this four-staircase building will have a gross area of 4,155 m² and a net area of 3,500 m². The contract value is 3.5 million euros plus VAT. The building is due for completion in November 2019.
