AS Pro Kapital Grupp teatab, et on lunastanud 64 ?AS Pro Kapital Grupp võlakiri 08.2018" võlakirja ISIN EE3300110386 väljalaskehinnas kokku 640 000 eurot ning esitanud Eesti Väärtpaberite Keskregistrile taotluse võlakirjade kustutamiseks registrist. Võlakirjad kandsid intressi 5% kalendriaastas. Iga võlakirja väljalaskehind oli 10 000 eurot ning võlakirjade lunastuspäev oli 15.08.2018. AS Pro Kapital Grupp informs that it has redeemed 64 "AS Pro Kapital Grupp bond 08.2018" bonds with ISIN EE3300110386 in total issue price of 640 000 euros and has submitted the Estonian Central Register of Securities the application to delete the bonds from the register. The bonds bore an annual interest of 5%. The issue price of each bond was 10 000 euros and the redemption date of the bonds was 15.08.2018.
