Message
Fondi äritegevus oli juulis stabiilne. Üüritulu teeniti 688 tuhat eurot (juunis 684 tuhat eurot) ning EBITDA-d 580 tuhat eurot (juulis 593 tuhat eurot). Puhaskasum oli juulis tänu intressiswapilepingu positiivsele õiglase väärtuse muutusele ning väiksemale arvestuslikule Leedu tulumaksukulule 473 tuhat eurot (juunis 395 tuhat eurot). Selle aasta seitsme kuu kokkuvõttes on EfTEN Real Estate Fund III teeninud 4 855 tuhat eurot müügitulu (kasv võrreldes eelmise aastaga +17%). Sama perioodi EBITDA on sellel aastal 3 818 tuhat eurot (18% rohkem kui eelmisel aastal). Dividendide arvestuse alus (EBITDA miinus tulumaksukulu miinus laenu- ja intressimaksed) võimaldaks fondi seitsme kuu tulemuste põhjal maksta netodividende kokku 1 391 tuhat eurot (43 senti aktsia kohta). Kogu eelmise aasta kasumilt maksis EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS 68 senti dividende ühe aktsia kohta. EfTEN Real Estate Fund III konsolideeritud varade maht oli 31.07.2018 seisuga 106,348 miljonit eurot (31.12.2017: 97,3 miljonit eurot) ning omakapital 47,815 miljonit eurot (31.12.2017: 46,4 miljonit eurot). Fondi 12 kuu tootlus keskmise sisse makstud kapitali kohta on juuli lõpu seisuga 16,6%. EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS NAV seisuga 31.07.2018 oli 14,84 eurot. NAV kasvas juulis 1%. The fund's economic activity was stable in July. The rental income was 688 thousand euros (684 thousand euros in June) and EBITDA 580 thousand euros (in June, 593 thousand euros). Net profit amounted to 473 thousand euros (In June: 395 thousand euros) due to positive change in interest rate swap fair value and reduced income tax expense in Lithuania. Within the seven months of this year, EfTEN Real Estate Fund III has earned sales revenue of 4,855 thousand euros (an increase compared to last year's + 17%). The EBITDA for the same period is 3,818 thousand euros (18% more than last year). The basis for the calculation of dividends (EBITDA minus corporate income tax expense minus loan and interest payments) would allow 1,391 thousand euros (43 cents per share) net dividends to be paid out on the basis of the results of the seven months of the Fund. EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS paid 68 cents dividends per share for the net profit of the previous year. EfTEN Real Estate Fund III consolidated assets as at 31.07.2018 amounted to 106.348 million euros (31.12.2017: 97.3 million euros) and equity 47.818 million euros (31.12.2017: 46.4 million euros).
