Tehingu järgselt JPF Valdus OÜ EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS-i aktsiaid ei oma. Teavitamiskohustus tuleneb Euroopa Parlamendi ja Nõukogu määruse (EL) nr 596/2014 artiklist 19. EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS informs that it has on 31.07.2018 received a notification from Jaan Pillesaar, a member of the supervisory board of the management company that on 30.07.2018 JPF Valdus OÜ, a legal person closely related to him, has sold 39810 shares of EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS. After the transaction, JPF Valdus OÜ has no shares in EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS. A notification obligation derives from theRegulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council article 19.
