UAB Merko statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and UAB "Forumas 4" have entered into a contract to perform the construction works of new office building, located at Konstitucijos ave. 21, Vilnius. The contract value is over EUR 12 million, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to be completed in October 2019.
