Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Peetri spordi- ja vaba aja keskus)

AS Nordecon ja Peetri Keskuse arendaja Compakt Kinnisvara OÜ allkirjastasid hankelepingu Peetri spordi- ja vaba aja keskuse ehitamiseks aadressil Küti tee 4, Peetri alevik, Rae vald. Hoone saab olema kahekorruseline ning selle netopinnaks on 8182 m(2). Keskuses saavad olema sportimisvõimalused, kauplused, toitlustuskohad, apteek ning muud esmatasandi teenused, samuti valmib keskuse juurde 109 kohaga parkla ning ehitatakse lõpuni Küti tee lõik Vana-Tartu maanteeni. Tööde maksumus on 6,4 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd valmivad 2019. aasta detsembris. Construction contract (Peetri sports and leisure centre)

AS Nordecon and developer of Peetri Centre, Compakt Kinnisvara OÜ signed the contract for the construction works of Peetri sports and leisure centre in Küti road 4, Peetri small borough, Rae parish. A two-storey building with net space of 8,182 m(2) will accommodate sporting and catering facilities, shops, pharmacy and other first-level services. Also, a car park with 109 places and extension of Küti road until Vana-Tartu highway will be constructed. The value of the works is 6.4 million euros, plus VAT. The construction works will be completed by December 2019.
