Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Kaldase tee lao- ja büroohoone)

Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv ettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) sõlmis lepingu Karu Kodu OÜga lao- ja büroohoone projekteerimiseks ja ehitamiseks Maardusse, Kaldase tee 4. Hoone kogupinnaga 6 527 m(2) lao osa tuleb ühekorruseline ning büroo osa kolmekorruseline. Lepingu maksumus on 3,4 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Hoone valmib 2019. aasta mais. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Construction contract (Kaldase road warehouse and office building)

Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a contract with Karu Kodu OÜ for the design and construction of a warehouse and office building located Kaldase tee 4, Maardu. The building with space of 6,527 m(2) will have one storey warehouse section and three storey office section. The value of the contract is 3.4 million euros plus value added tax. The construction works will be completed in May 2019.
