16. juulil 2018 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv UAB Merko bustas ja Orbis S.A. tütarettevõte UAB Hekon ostu-müügi lepingu, mille kohaselt võõrandatakse UAB Merko bustas poolt arendatud ?ibis" hotell koos parkla ja osaga krundist Vilniuses aadressil Rinktin?se tänav 18. On 16 July 2018, UAB Merko bustas, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and UAB Hekon, subsidiary of Orbis S.A., signed a sale-purchase agreement on sale of Merko bustas developed "ibis" hotel at Rinktin?s str. 18, Vilnius, together with parking places and part of the land plot.
