Message
AS Trigon Property Development (edaspidi TPD) teatab olulise osaluse muutusest. 16.07.2018 teostatud tehinguga omandas Skano Fibreboard Osaühing 355 000 TPD aktsiat. Tehingu tulemusena omab Skano Fibreboard Osaühing 15,59% TPD hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. Vastava 355 000 aktsia võrra on vähenenud OÜ Trigon Wood osalus, kes omab nüüd 44,02% TPD hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. Lähtuvalt väärtpaberituruseaduse §-st 186 on börsiemitendil kohustus teavitada börsi olulise osaluse muutumisest. TPD: Changes in substantial shareholdings
Message
AS Trigon Property Development (hereinafter TPD) informs about changes in substantial shareholding. Based on 16.07.2018 transaction Skano Fibreboard Osaühing acquired 355,000 shares of TPD. As a result of the transaction Skano Fibreboard Osaühing now owns 15.59% of the voting shares of TPD. OÜ Trigon Wood holding in TPD has decreased by the corresponding number of shares (355 000 shares) and OÜ Trigon Wood now owns 44.02% of the voting shares of TPD. According to § 186 of the Securities Market Act the issuer is required to notify the stock exchange about changes in substantial ownership.
