Northern Horizon Capital AS (Fondivalitseja) kui Baltic Horizon Fund (Fond) fondivalitseja informeerib, et Fondivalitseja ainuaktsionär, Northern Horizon Capital A/S kutsus oma 9. juuli 2018 otsusega Fondivalitseja nõukogust tagasi Michael Rudolf Schönach´i ja valis uueks Fondivalitseja nõukogu liikmeks Milda Darguzhait? volituste kehtivusega 5 aastat. Milda Darguzhait? on sündinud aastal 1976 ning ta tegutseb Northern Horizon Capital Grupi tegevjuhina. Tal on ulatuslik töökogemus nii era- kui avalikus sektoris nii kohalikult kui ka rahvusvaheliselt. Pr. Darguzhaite töötas Goldman Sachsi asepresidendina (New York, USA, 2004-2011), juhtis Barclaysi tehnoloogiakeskust Leedus (2015). Aastal 2017 töötas ta valitsuse kantslerina Leedu Vabariigi peaministri büroos. Ta juhtis Leedu majandusministeeriumi nõunikuna ka peamist Leedu riiklikku asutust (Invest Lithuania), vastutades investeerimisbaasi arendamise eest riigis (2011-2014). Ta lõpetas 1999. aastal Middlebury Kolledzhi (bakalaureusekraad matemaatikas ja majanduses) Middleburys (Vermont, USA) ning 2004. aastal omandas Princetoni Ülikoolis magistrikraadi protsessiuuringute ja finantskorralduse erialal. Aastal 2016 ta oli Northern Horizon Capital A/S-i nõukogu liige. Milda Darguzhait?le kuulub veel järgmiste Northern Horizon Grupi ühingute juhtorganitesse: Northern Horizon Capital UAB, Northern Horizon Capital AIFM Oy, Northern Horizon Capital Oy, Northern Horizon Capital AB, Northern Horizon Capital AS, Northern Horizon Capital GmbH. Northern Horizon Capital AS (the Management Company) as the management company of Baltic Horizon Fund (the Fund) hereby informs that the sole shareholder of the Management Company, Northern Horizon Capital A/S, passed decision on 9(th )of July 2018 to recall Michael Rudolf Schönach from the supervisory board and to elect Ms. Milda Darguzhait? as a new member of the supervisory board of the Management Company for a period of 5 years. Milda Darguzhait? was born in 1976 and acts as a Group Chief Executive Officer to Northern Horizon Capital Group. She has extensive work experience in both private and public sector locally and abroad. Ms. Darguzhaite worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs (New York, USA, 2004-2011), headed Barclays Technology Centre in Lithuania (2015). She also worked at the Prime Minister's Office of the Republic of Lithuania as a Chancellor of the Government (2017). Being an advisor to the Ministry of Economy of Lithuania she also headed the main Lithuania's public agency (Invest Lithuania) responsible for developing investment base in the country (2011 - 2014). She graduated from Middlebury College (BA in Mathematics and Economics), in Middlebury, VT, USA, in 1999, and obtained MSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University in 2004. Back in 2016 she served as a Board member of Northern Horizon Capital A/S.
