Rinktinės Urban korteriarendusprojekti II etapi käivitamine (Vilniuse kesklinn)

AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv UAB Merko statyba on käivitanud Rinktin?s Urban korteriarendusprojekti teise etapi Vilniuse kesklinnas Rinktin?se ja Ceikiniu tänava nurgal. Ehitustööd algavad 2018. aasta juulis ning valmimisajaks on planeeritud 2020. aasta teine kvartal. Rinktin?s Urban korteriarendusprojekti teine etapp hõlmab kolme 6-9-korruselist kortermaja koos kogu kompleksi ühendava kahekorruselise maa-aluse parklaga. Kokku on majades 187 korterit suuruses 30-120 ruutmeetrit. Korteritel on avarad rõdud (ülemiste korruste rõdud on kuni 21 ruutmeetrit); esimese ja kuuenda korruse korteritel on terrassid. A-energiaklassiga hoone korterid on varustatud soojustagastusega sundventilatsioonisüsteemiga, mis tagab korterites värske õhu ja ühtlase õhujaotuse. Panipaigad ja 201 parkimiskohta paiknevad kahekorruselises maa-aluses parklas. Korterite ruutmeetri hind algab 2000 eurost. Rinktin?s Urban asub Vilniuse kesklinna kiirelt arenevas piirkonnas endise linnastaadioni lähedal ja jalutuskäigu kaugusel linna ajaloolisest keskusest ehk katedraali väljakust ja Gediminase lossist. Start of the construction of Rinktinės Urban 2nd stage residential development project (Vilnius city centre)

UAB Merko statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the 2nd stage of Rinktin?s Urban residential development in the city centre of Vilnius, located at the corner of Rinktin?s and Ceikiniu streets. The start of construction works is July 2018, and completion date is scheduled for 2nd quarter of 2020. 2nd stage of Rinktin?s Urban residential development project features three 6-9- storey apartment buildings with two-storey underground parking connecting the entire complex. The buildings have a total of 187 apartments with sizes between 30-120 square metres. All apartments have spacious balconies (top floors apartments having balconies up to 21 square metres); first and sixth floor apartments have terraces. Each apartment of energy class A building is equipped with air-recuperation system, which provides fresh air and ensures inconspicuous air distribution in all rooms. Storage places and 201 parking places are located in the two-storey underground parking. The price per square metre of the apartments starts from 2000 euros.
