Baltic Horizon Fond allkirjastas täna, 4. juulil 2018 ostu-müügilepingu SIA LNK Properties ja SIA FIN.LV-ga omandamaks LNK Centre büroohoone Riias, Lätis. Lepingujärgne ostuhind on ligikaudu 17 miljonit eurot, mis teeb omandamise ligikaudseks tootluseks 6,5%. Tehingu lõpuleviimine toimub eelduslikult kuu aja jooksul. LNK Centre on A-klassi büroohoone, mille väljarenditav pindala on 7,455 m(2). Kinnistu asub Skanste piirkonnas, mis on uus ja moderne ärilinnak Riias. Vara on täielikult välja renditud viiele üürnikule, millest Exigen Services ja LNK Group rendivad ligikaudu 90% pinnast. LNK Grupp on Lätis üks suuremaid kohalikke kinnisvara- ja infrastruktuuri arendus- ja ehitusettevõtteid. Osana tehingust pikendab LNK Grupp oma rendilepingut kümneks aastaks. Baltic Horizon Fund will acquire LNK Centre office building located in Riga, Latvia

Baltic Horizon Fund signed a sales purchase agreement to acquire LNK Centre office property in Riga, Latvia on the 4(th) of July 2018 with SIA LNK Properties and SIA FIN.LV. The purchase price is approx. EUR 17 million, which corresponds to an entry yield of approx. 6,5%. Closing of the transaction is expected to be finalized within one month. LNK Centre property is an A class office building with a net leasable area of 7,455 m(2). The property is located in Skanste area, which is a new modern business district of Riga. The asset is fully leased to five tenants, of which Exigen Services and LNK Group occupy approx. 90% of the leasable area. LNK Group is one of the largest local real estate and infrastructure development and construction companies in Latvia. As part of the transaction LNK Group will extend its lease agreement in the property for 10 years.
