Veerenni korteriarendusprojekti ehitusega alustamine (Tallinn, Eesti)

AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti on alustanud Tallinnas Uus-Veerenni korterelamute ehitust. Arenduse esimeses etapis valmib 2019. aasta lõpuks 12 hoonet kokku 137 korteri ja 8 äripinnaga. Uus-Veerenni elukvartal asub Tallinna kesklinnas Veerenni asumis. Arendusprojekti kogumahus ehitatakse järgmise kümne aasta jooksul ligi poolsada uut korterelamut enam kui tuhande korteriga. Arenduse esimeses etapis valmivad Veerenni tänava äärde Baltika kvartali kõrvale kuus kolmekorruselist viilkatusega linnavillat, kaks nelja- ja kuus kuuekorruselist äripindadega korterelamut. Uus-Veerenni korterelamud on B energiaklassiga. Autodele rajatakse maa-alune parkla ja välja ehitatakse kvartalisisesed teed. Kvartali sisehoovid haljastatakse ning neisse rajatakse laste mänguväljakud ja puhkealad. Korterite suurused jäävad vahemikku 34 - 115 ruutmeetrit ja ruutmeetri hinnad on vahemikus 2142 - 3321 eurot. Construction of Veerenni residential project (Tallinn, Estonia)

AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the construction of Uus-Veerenni residential development project. The first phase of construction to be completed by the end of 2019 comprises twelve buildings with 137 apartments and 8 commercial premises. Uus-Veerenni residential buildings are located at Veerenni subdistrict of Tallinn city centre. During the next ten years, the development project comprises ca fifty new residential building with more than a thousand apartments. In the first phase of the development, six three-storeyed city villas with gable roofs, two four-storeyed and six six-storeyed residential buildings with commercial premises are built next to the Baltika Quarter on Veerenni street. Uus-Veerenni residential buildings will be of energy class B. Car park will be built below ground and intra-quarter roads will be constructed. Courtyards in the quarter will be landscaped and play and recreation areas established. The size of the apartments ranges between 34 - 115 square metres and the price per square metre ranges from 2142 - 3321 euros.
