AS-i Trigon Property Development nõukogu kutsus aktsiaseltsi juhatuse liikme kohalt tagasi Aivar Kempi ning uueks juhatuse liikmeks valiti Rando Tomingas. Rando Tomingas volitused algavad alates 05.06.2018.a. ning kehtivad 3 aastat. Rando Tomingas on lõpetanud Audentese spordigümnaasiumi ning omandanud bakalaureuse- ja magistrikraadi (cum laude) rahanduses Tallinna Tehnikaülikoolis. Rando Tomingas on AS Trigon Property Advisors ja Väätsa Agro AS nõukogu liige. Rando Tomingas on töötanud Trigon Capital grupis analüütikuna (alates november 2014), projektijuhina (alates jaanuar 2017) ja alates veebruar 2018 on ta Trigon Capital grupi äriarenduse juht. Varasem praktika- ja töökogemus pärineb Swedbank Investeerimisfondid AS-st ja Riigikontrollist. Rando Tomingas omab teadmisi järgmistes sektorites: elamu- ja kommertskinnisvara arendustegevus, jaekaubandus, põllumajandus. AS-i Trigon Property Development aktsiaid Rando Tomingas ei oma. The Supervisory Board of AS Trigon Property Development recalled Aivar Kempi from the position of member of the Management Board and elected Rando Tomingas as the new member. The mandate of Rando Tomingas begins at 05.06.2018 as lasts for the period of 3 years. Rando Tomingas has graduated from Audentes secondary school and has obtained bachelor's and master's degree in finance (cum laude) from the Tallinn University of Technology. Rando Tomingas is the supervisory board member of AS Trigon Property Advisors and AS Väätsa Agro. Rando Tomingas has worked in Trigon Capital as an analyst (since November 2014), as a project manager (since January 2017) and as of February 2018 he is the head of business development in AS Trigon Capital. Previous experience he has obtained from AS Swedbank Investeerimisfondid and the National Audit Office. Rando Tomingas has experience and knowledge of the following industries: residential and commercial property development, retailing, agriculture.
