Muudatused AS Tallinna Vesi nõukogus
Message
Täna toimunud AS Tallinna Vesi aktsionäride üldkoosolekul kutsuti ettevõtte nõukogust volituste lõppemise tõttu tagasi Rein Ratas ja määrati uueks nõukogu liikmeks Katrin Kendra. Ühtlasi pikendati nõukogu liikmete Simon Roger Gardineri ja Martin Padley volitusi. Rein Ratase tagasikutsumine ja Katrin Kendra nõukogu liikmeks nimetamine jõustus 31.05.2018. Simon Roger Gardineri volitusi pikendati alates 03.06.2018 ja Martin Padley volitusi alates 02.11.2018. Simon Roger Gardiner Nõukogu liikme kandidaadina üles seatud United Utilities kontserni poolt ja nõukogu liikmeks valitud 14.12.2010 toimunud aktsionäride erakorralisel üldkoosolekul, viimati tagasi valitud 02.06.2016. Simon Gardiner on United Utilities Group PLC õigusosakonna juht ja United Utilities International'i direktor. Hr Gardiner on alates 1996. aastast töötanud advokaadina. Ta ei oma AS-i Tallinna Vesi aktsiaid. Martin Padley Nõukogu liikme kandidaadina üles seatud United Utilities kontserni poolt ja nõukogu liikmeks valitud 02.06.2016 toimunud aktsionäride erakorralisel üldkoosolekul. Dr Padley'l on 20-aastane kogemus veesektoris töötamisest nii tehnilistel ja regulatiivsetel kui ka kvaliteedi ja tootmisega seotud ametikohtadel. Tema praegune amet United Utilities'es on vee- ja teadusteenuste direktorina juhtida kõiki vee- ja teadusalaseid teenuseid. Dr Martin Padley ei oma AS Tallinna Vesi aktsiaid. Katrin Kendra Katrin Kendra on nõukogu liikme kandidaadina üles seatud Tallinna Linna poolt ja ta pole varem AS-i Tallinna Vesi nõukogu liige olnud. Katrin Kendra on alates 2006. aastast Tallinna linna finantsdirektor. Töötanud linna finantsteenistuses alates aastast 2001, kus ta alustas eelarve osakonna juhatajana. Varem töötanud Rahandusministeeriumis eelarve osakonnas. Ta on SA Tallinna Kultuurikatel nõukogu liige ja Eesti Ühistukapital tulundusühistu nõukogu liige. Omab majandusõiguse alast kõrgharidust, on end täiendanud, õppides nii Eestis kui välismaal ning läbinud Executive MBA programmi Estonian Business Schoolis. Changes in the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi
Message
Today, the Annual General Meeting of AS Tallinna Vesi decided to recall Rein Ratas from the Supervisory Council of the company and to elect Katrin Kendra as the new member of the Supervisory Council. Terms of Simon Roger Gardiner and Martin Padley were extended. The resulution to recall Rein Ratas and elect Katrin Kendra as a member of the Supervisory Council took effect on 31.05.2018. Simon Roger Gardiner´s term was extended from 03.06.2018 and Martin Padley´s from 02.11.2018. Simon Roger Gardiner Nominated by the United Utilities Group and elected at the EGM on 14.12.2010, he was last re-elected on 02 June 2016. Simon Gardiner is the General Counsel and Company Secretary of United Utilities Group PLC and a director of United Utilities International. Mr. Gardiner is a UK qualified solicitor as of 1996. He does not own any shares in AS Tallinna Vesi. Martin Padley Nominated by United Utilities Group and elected at the AGM of 02 June 2016. Dr Padley has worked in the water industry for more than 20 years in a number of technical, regulatory, quality and operational roles. His current role in United Utilities is Director of Water and Scientific Services, leading the delivery of all water and scientific services. Martin Padley does not own any shares in AS Tallinna Vesi. Katrin Kendra Katrin Kendra has been set up as a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi by the City of Tallinn, and has not been a member of AS Tallinna Vesi's Supervisory Council before. Katrin Kendra has been serving as the Financial Director of the City of Tallinn since 2006. She started her term in the City's Financial Services Department in 2001 as the Head of the Budgeting Department. Before that, she had been working in the Budgeting Department of the Ministry of Finance. She is also a member of the Supervisory Council of SA Tallinna Kultuurikatel and a member of the Supervisory Council of Tulundusühistu Eesti Ühistukapital (commercial association). Katrin Kendra has a degree in economic law, has developed herself professionally both in Estonia and abroad, and passed the Executive MBA Program in Estonian Business School.
