Fizikų korteriarendusprojekti II etapi käivitamine (Vilnius)

AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv UAB Merko b?stas on käivitanud Vilniuses Fizik? korteriarendusprojekti teise etapi. 2019. aasta esimeseks kvartaliks kerkib sama arenduse raames varem valminud korterelamu kõrvale aadressile Fizik? 18 uus eluhoone. Fizik? korteriarendusprojekti uude 4-5-korruselisesse majja tuleb kokku 70 korterit, üks äripind ning parkimiskohad maa-alusesse garaazhi ja hoovialale. A-energiaklassiga hoone korterites on soojustagastusega ventilatsioonisüsteem koos kliimaseadme paigaldamise võimalusega. Korterite suurused jäävad vahemikku 32-75 ruutmeetrit ja kortereid on võimalik omavahel kokku ehitada. Esimese ja viienda korruse korteritel on terrassid, teiste korruste korteritel avarad rõdud. Ehitatav hoone asub kiiresti arenevas Bajorai linnaosas, mis on populaarne noorte perede seas tänu hästi arenenud infrastruktuurile ja naabruskonnale. Start of Fizikų namai residential development project 2nd stage (Vilnius)

UAB Merko b?stas, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started Fizik? namai apartment development project's 2nd stage, located at Fizik? str. 18, Vilnius, next to successfully developed 1st stage of this project. The building will be completed in the 1st quarter of 2019. The 4 to 5 storey apartment building will have 70 apartments, one studio and parking spaces both underground and outside.
