Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seadusest teatas KJK FUND SICAV-SIF, et tema osalus Nordecon AS'is on langenud alla 5%. KJK FUND SICAV-SIF omab 09.05.2018 seisuga kokku 1 574 120 (4,86%) Nordecon ASi hääleõiguslikku aktsiat. Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas, Soomes ja Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni 2017. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 231 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 700 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas. As per Securities Market Act KJK FUND SICAV-SIF has informed Nordecon AS that its voting rights have decreased below 5%. As of 09 May 2018, KJK FUND SICAV-SIF owns 1,574,120 (i.e. 4.86%) of shares entitled to vote. Nordecon (www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com)) is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine, Finland and Sweden. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. The consolidated revenue of the Group in 2017 was 231 million euros. Currently Nordecon Group employs close to 700 people. Since 18 May 2006 the company's shares have been quoted in the main list of the NASDAQ Tallinn Stock Exchange.
