Pro Halduse OÜ ainuosanik, AS Pro Kapital Eesti, otsustas valida Pro Halduse OÜ juhatuse liikmeks Kati Rõuk'i, volituste algusega alates 07.05.2018 ning samast kuupäevast kutsuda tagasi Pro Halduse OÜ juhatuse liikme Allan Remmelkoor'e. Muudatuse põhjuseks on Pro Kapitali meeskonna ülesannete ümberkorraldamine. Allan Remmelkoor jätkab tööd AS Pro Kapital Grupp juhatuse liikmena, keskendudes muuhulgas Pro Kapitali arendatava T1 Mall of Tallinn kaubanduskeskuse projekti edukale käivitamisele. Grupi personalipoliitika on võimaluste olemasolul pakkuda pikaajalistele meeskonnaliikmetele ametialase arenemise ning suurema vastutuse võtmise võimalust. Rõuk on Pro Halduse OÜ-s töötanud alates 06.09.1999. Kati Rõuki'ile ei kuulu ühtegi AS Pro Kapital Grupp aktsiat. Pro Halduse OÜ juhatus jätkab üheliikmelisena. AS Pro Kapital Eesti, the sole shareholder of Pro Halduse OÜ, decided to elect Kati Rõuk as a Management Board Member of Pro Halduse OÜ, with her term of office starting form 07.05.2018. With the same decision the sole shareholder decided to recall Allan Remmelkoor from the Management Board of Pro Halduse OÜ. The reason behind the change is the reformation of the responsibilities of the Pro Kapital team. Allan Remmelkoor shall continue his responsibilities as Management Board Member of AS Pro Kapital Grupp, his focus is including the successful opening of Pro Kapital T1 Mall of Tallinn shopping center development. The internal HR policy of the group is to offer long-term employees opportunities for professional development and to take on more responsibility when such opportunities arise. Kati Rõuk has been an employee of Pro Halduse OÜ since 06.09.1999. Kati Rõuk does not own any shares of AS Pro Kapital Grupp. The Management Board of Pro Halduse OÜ will continue with 1 Management Board member.
