Algab Kodulahe arendusprojekti II etapi korterelamu ehitus

Arco Vara AS-i tütarettevõte Kodulahe OÜ sõlmis peatöövõtulepingu RAMM Ehituse OÜ-ga Tallinnas asuva Kodulahe elamuarendusprojekti II etapi kortermaja ehituseks. Lepinguline ehitustööde maht ületab 7 miljonit eurot. Ehitustööd objektil algavad 2018. aasta mai alguses ja kortermaja planeeritav valmimisaeg on 2019. aasta neljandas kvartalis. Kortermaja ehitust finantseerib Luminor Bank AS. II etapi kortermaja aadress on Lahepea tn 9, Tallinn. Majja on planeeritud 68 korterit ja 1 äripind kogu müüdava pinnaga (ülevalpool maapinda) ca 5000 m(2). Kortermaja arhitektuurse lahenduse on koostanud KAMP Arhitektid OÜ arhitektid, kes projekteerisid ka I etapi. Ehitusluba arendusprojekti II etapi kortermaja ehituseks väljastati 20.12.2017. Kodulahe arendusprojekti II etapi eelmüük algas 2018. aasta aprillis. Projekti tutvustavad andmed jooksvalt on kättesaadavad veebilehel www.kodulahe.ee (http://www.kodulahe.ee/). Arco Vara AS-i juhataja kommentaar: ?Eesti kõrgemad ehitushinnad esitasid Kodulahes väljakutse ka Arco Varale ja tema kasumimarginaalile. Samas ei ole Tallinn lakanud kasvamast, ning konkreetselt Kodulahe elukvartalis loodavad väärtused tõmbavad rohelist elukeskkonda ja sportlikku elustiili väärtustavaid kliente ligi. Teises etapis korteri ette paberil ostnud klientide hulk on suhteliselt suurim Arco Vara ajaloos ning me alustame ehitust, teades paljude klientide nimesid ja soove. Teise etapi tulemusi näeme 2019. aasta neljandas kvartalis ja 2020. aasta esimeses kvartalis. Kontsernil nüüd käimas ehitus nii Bulgaarias kui Eestis korraga." The construction of the second apartment building of Kodulahe development project is starting

Arco Vara AS's 100% subsidiary Kodulahe OÜ signed the construction contract with RAMM Ehituse OÜ for constructing Kodulahe residential development project's second stage apartment building. The contract price exceeds 7 million euros. Construction starts at the beginning of May 2018, the apartment building should be ready in the fourth quarter of 2019. The construction is financed by Luminor Bank AS. The second stage apartment building's address is Lahepea 9, Tallinn. 68 apartments and 1 commercial (net sellable area above grade ca 5000m(2)) are planned in the building. The architectural solution of the apartment building has been drawn up by the architects of KAMP Arhitektid OÜ, who also composed the design of the project's first stage. The construction permit of the second stage's apartment building was issued on 20 December 2017. The presale of Kodulahe development project's second stage commenced in April 2018.
