Nasdaq Tallinna ja Nasdaq Stockholmi börsidel noteeritud Baltic Horizon Fondi Fondivalitseja on volitanud AB-d SEB bankas korraldama investorkohtumiste /kõnede sarja (roadshow) Baltikumis ja Põhjamaades, mis algavad 25. aprillil 2018. aastal. Vastavalt turutingimustele on järgnevalt plaanitud 30 miljoni eurone fikseeritud intressimääraga tagatiseta mitteavalik võlakirjaemissioon, millest teavitati 5.aprillil 2018.
