2017. aasta auditeeritud majandusaasta aruanne ja kasumi jaotamise ettepanek

Nordecon AS-i nõukogu kiitis 18.04.2018 toimunud koosolekul heaks Nordecon AS-i konsolideeritud 2017. aasta auditeeritud majandusaasta aruande koos kasumi jaotamise ettepanekuga. Nõukogu otsustas juhatuse poolt ette valmistatud aruande ja ettepaneku kasumi jaotamise kohta saata kinnitamiseks aktsionäride korralisele üldkoosolekule juhatuse poolt esitatud kujul. Nordecon AS-i aktsionäridele kuuluv 2017. a majandusaasta puhaskasum on 1 388 tuhat eurot. Eelmiste perioodide jaotamata kasum on kokku 9 698 tuhat eurot. Juhatus teeb ettepaneku maksta dividendideks 0,06 eurot aktsia kohta ja mitte teha eraldisi reservkapitali. Ühtlasi on nõukogu oma 18.04.2018. a otsusega teinud aktsionäride üldkoosolekule ettepaneku aktsiakapitali vähendamiseks aktsiate arvestusliku väärtuse vähendamise teel kokku 0,06 eurot ühe aktsia kohta. 2017. aasta majandusaasta aruanne, selles sisalduv sõltumatu vandeaudiitori aruanne ja kasumi jaotamise ettepanek on lisatud käesolevale teatele ning on kättesaadav NASDAQ Tallinna börsi koduleheküljelt www.nasdaqbaltic.com (http://www.nasdaqbaltic.com/) ja emitendi koduleheküljel www.nordecon.com (http://www.nordecon.com/). Audited annual report 2017 and profit allocation proposal

The council of Nordecon AS approved on 18 April 2018 the consolidated audited annual report and profit allocation proposal for the year 2017. The council decided to present the annual report and profit allocation proposal as prepared by the management for the approval of the general meeting of shareholders. Nordecon AS shareholders' net profit of the 2017 financial year is 1,388 thousand euros. The balance of retained earnings is 9,698 thousand euros. The management proposes to distribute 0.06 euros per share as dividends and not to make any transfers to the capital reserve. Additionally, according to its decision of 18 April 2018 the council proposed to the general meeting of the shareholders to reduce the share capital by 0.06 euros per share by way of reducing the book value of shares.
