Message
30.11.2017 avaldas Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) finantskalendri 2018. aastaks. Seoses 19.03.2018 avalikustatud börsiteates „Suuraktsionäride kavandatav väljumine, vabatahtlik ülevõtmispakkumine ja äritegevuse ühendamise lepingu sõlmimine“ kirjeldatud kavandatavate tehingute ja Ostja poolt tehtava vabatahtliku ülevõtmispakkumisega, muudetakse finantskalendrit järgnevalt – OEG aktsionäride korraline üldkoosolek toimub mais 2018 ning esimese kvartali 2018 auditeerimata konsolideeritud finantstulemused avalikustatakse 24.05.2018. Muus osas muudatusi 30.11.2017 avaldatud finantskalendrisse ei tehta. OEG: Changes in Financial Calendar

On 30.11.2017, Olympic Entertainment Group AS (OEG) published its financial calendar for 2018. Due to the contemplated transactions and the voluntary takeover offer to be launched by the Buyer described in the stock exchange release “Contemplated Exit by Major Shareholders, Voluntary Takeover Offer and Business Combination Agreement” published on 19.03.2018, the financial calendar is amended as follows - annual General Meeting of shareholders of OEG will take place in May 2018 and unaudited consolidated financial results for the first quarter 2018 will be published on 24.05.2018. In all other aspects the financial calendar as published on 30.11.2017 will remain unchanged.
