Inbank AS on alustanud läbirääkimisi Coop Pank AS-i osaluse müügiks

Message

Inbank AS-i nõukogu on otsustanud alustada läbirääkimisi Coop Pank AS-i osaluse
müügiks, mille Inbank omandas finantsinvesteeringuna 2017. aasta jaanuaris.

Müügiläbirääkimiste alustamise põhjuseks on potentsiaalsete ostjate huvi, mida
toetab Inbanki pikaajaline strateegiline fookus rahvusvahelise äritegevuse
tugevdamisele. Üheks võimalikuks Coop Panga osaluse ostjaks on TÜ Eesti
Ühistupank.

Inbanki nõukogu esimehe Priit Põldoja sõnul on ajastus tehingu toimumiseks
sobilik. “Coop Pank on saanud endale uue tugeva juhtkonna, pangal on selge ja
eristuv strateegia ning Inbanki roll aktiivse aktsionärina on vähenemas. Tahame
oma kapitali ja energia panustada rahvusvahelisele laienemisele,” ütles Põldoja.

Käesoleval hetkel ei ole võimalik kinnitada, et läbirääkimiste algatamine toob
kaasa reaalseid tehinguid. Inbank informeerib turuosalisi võimaliku osaluse
müügi kohta börsi infosüsteemi kaudu.

Inbank AS has begun negotiations for the sale of Coop Pank AS’s shareholding

Message

The Supervisory Board of Inbank AS has decided to enter into negotiations for
the sale of Coop Pank AS’s shareholding, which Inbank acquired as a financial
investment in January 2017.

The reason for entering into sales negotiations is the interest of potential
buyers, which is supported by Inbank's long-term strategic focus for
strengthening international business. One of the possible buyers of the holding
is TÜ Eesti Ühistupank.

According to Priit Põldoja, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the timing is
appropriate for the transaction. "Coop Pank has gained a new strong management,
the bank has a clear and distinct strategy, and the role of Inbank as an active
shareholder is decreasing. We want our capital and energy to contribute into our
international expansion, " Põldoja said.

Inbank will inform market participants about the possible sale of shares through
the stock exchange information system. It is not currently possible to confirm
that the initiation of negotiations will lead to actual transactions.
