AS LHV Group fikseerib investorite nimekirja intressi maksmiseks võlakirjadelt
(väärtpaberi lühinimi LHVB065025A *, ISIN kood EE3300110741) 26. jaanuaril
2018. a arveldussüsteemi tööpäeva lõpu seisuga.
Intressimakse suurus ühe väärtpaberi kohta on 16,25 eurot. Intressimakse
teostatakse võlakirjatingimustes sätestatud korras ja tähtaegadel. Kvartaalne
intressimakse (aastase intressimääraga 6,50%) makstakse investoritele välja 29.
jaanuaril 2018. a. Teostatavalt intressimakselt peab AS LHV Group vajadusel
kinni 20% tulumaksu kogusummas 3,25 eurot.

Interest payment of LHV Group (LHVB065025A)
Message
AS LHV Group will close the list of investors for interest payment on their
bonds (trading code: LHVB065025A *, ISIN code: EE3300110741) on 26 January 2018
at the end of the working day of the settlement system.
The amount of interest to be paid per one security is 16.25 euros. Intrest
payment will be processed in accordance with the bond issue terms and
deadlines. Quarterly interest payment (with annual interest rate of 6.50%) is
made on 29 January 2018. If needed, AS LHV Group will withhold 20% income tax
from the payment in the total amount of 3.25 euros.
