Tallinn, Eesti, 2017-12-08 07:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 7. detsembril 2017. a sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ja Liven Kodu 7 OÜ lepingu äripindadega korterelamu ehitamiseks aadressil Toom-Kuninga 21, Tallinn.Hoone üheksal korrusel on kokku 45 korterit ja äripinnad. Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu5 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Ehitustööd algavad 2017. aasta detsembris. Hoone valmib 2018. aasta detsembris.
