Muudatused Harju Elektri Soome tütarettevõtete juhtorganites
Message
Alates 1. jaanuarist 2018 nimetati ASi Harju Elekter Soome tütarettevõtte Satmatic Oy tegevjuhiks senine müügidirektor Rainer Nurkkala ning Finnkumu Oy tegevjuhiks senine müügidirektor Maire Korpi. Satmatic Oy pikaaegne juht Simo Puustelli jätkab ASi Harju Elekter Soome tütarettevõtete – Satmatic Oy, Finnkumu Oy, Telesilta Oy – juhatustes esimehena ning Harju Elekter Kiinteistöt tegevjuhina. Finnkumu Oy pikaaegne juht Matti Ollila jätkab Finnkumu Oy juhatuse liikmena. Rainer Timo Nurkkala (sünd 13.10.1959) on lõpetanud Tampere Tehnikakõrgkooli IT eriala (2005) ja Atlanta Tehnoloogiainstituudi tehnoloogiajuhtimise eriala (2002). Satmatic Oys töötab Rainer Nurkkala alates 2009. aastast. Rainer Nurkkala ei oma Harju Elektri aktsiaid. Maire Korpi (sünd 31.03.1956) on lõpetanud Vaasa Tehnikakõrgkooli insenerina (1978). Finnkumu Oys töötab Maire Korpi alates 2004. aastast. Maire Korpi ei oma Harju Elektri aktsiaid. Harju Elekter Grupp on juhtiv kesk- ja madalpinge elektri- ja automaatikaseadmete valmistaja Baltimaades ning tuntud ja tunnustatud tootja Skandinaavia riikides. Harju Elektri põhitegevusalaks on elektrienergia jaotuseks ja ülekandeks vajalike seadmete välja töötamine, tootmine ja müük. Põhitegevust toetavad lehtmetalltoodete tehas Eestis ning tööstuskinnisvara arendamine ja rentimine. Harju Elekter Grupi Eesti, Soome, Rootsi ja Leedu tehastes töötab ligi 700 spetsialisti ning Kontserni 9 kuu müügitulud olid 74 miljonit eurot. Changes to the management boards of Harju Elekter’s Finnish subsidiaries
Message
As of 1 January 2018, Rainer Nurkkala, the current Sales Manager, was named the Managing Director of Harju Elekter’s Finnish subsidiary Satmatic Oy, and Maire Korppi, the current Sales Manager, was named the Managing Director of Finnkumu Oy. The long-time Managing Director of Satmatic Oy, Simo Puustelli, will continue as the Chairman of the Management Board at Harju Elekter’s Finnish subsidiaries: Satmatic Oy, Finnkumu Oy, Telesilta Oy; and the Managing Director of Harju Elekter Kiinteistöt Oy. The current long-time Managing Director of Finnkumu Oy, Matti Ollila, will continue as a Member of Finnkumu’s Management Board. Rainer Timo Nurkkala (born 13.10.1959) is a graduate of Tampere University of Technology, with a specialty in IT (2005); and the Georgia Institute of Technology (Atlanta, USA), with a Master of Science in Management of Technology (2002). He has been employed at Satmatic Oy since 2009. Mr Nurkkala does not own Harju Elekter shares. Maire Korpi (born 13.10.1959) is a graduate of Vaasa University of Applied, with a specialty in engineering (2005). She has been employed at Finnkumu Oy since 2004. Mrs Korpi does not own Harju Elekter shares. After launching its activities in 1968, Harju Elekter Group has developed into a leading producer of MV/LV electrical and engineering devices in the Baltic countries and a well-known and respected manufacturer in Scandinavia. Harju Elekter’s main field of business is the development, manufacturing and sale of equipment necessary for the distribution and transmission of electric energy. The core business is supported by a sheet metal plant in Estonia and the development and leasing of industrial real estate. Harju Elekter Group’s plants in Estonia, Finland, Sweden and Lithuania employ nearly 700 specialists, and 9 months sales revenue of the Group was 74 million euros. Shares of Harju Elekter are listed on Nasdaq Tallinn.
