Message
Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluv tütarettevõte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE)
sõlmis Vintselle gruppi kuuluva Moick OÜ-ga lepingu 5 400 m2 suuruse pinnaga
autokeskuse ehitamiseks Tallinna piirile Rae valda. Põhiosas tuleb autokeskuse
hoone ühekorruseline, keskuse kontoriplokk on kahekorruseline.
Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 4 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks.
Tööd valmivad 2018. aasta sügiseks.

Construction contract (Møller Auto sales and service centre)
Message
Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company entered into a
contract with Moick OÜ, a Vintselle Group company for the construction of the
5,400 sqm car centre in Rae parish on the border-line of Tallinn. The building
is in its main part one-storey with a two-storey office block for the centre.
The value of the contract is approximately 4 million euros plus value added
tax. The works will be completed in autumn 2018.
