suurendamine. Aktsiakapitali suurendati 19.09.2017. a nõukogu otsuse alusel.
Aktsiakapitali suurendati seoses 20.09.2017 - 04.10.2017 toimunud AS Pro
Kapital Grupp uute aktsiate pakkumisega. Pakkumise tulemuste kohta avaldati
teade 06.10.2017

Alates 19.10.2017 on AS Pro Kapital Grupp aktsiakapitali suurus 11 337 590,80
eurot, mida esindavad 56 687 954 aktsiat.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp on esitanud taotluse uute aktsiate (st 2 416 232 aktsiat)
kauplemisele võtmiseks Nasdaq Tallinn AS-i poolt korraldataval reguleeritud
turul (lisanimekirjas). AS Pro Kapital Grupp eeldab, et uued aktsiad võetakse
kauplemisele lähipäevil. Nasdaq Tallinn AS avaldab selle kohta eraldi teate.

Registration of share capital increase in the Commercial Register
Message
On 19.10.2017, the share capital increase of AS Pro Kapital Grupp was entered
in the Commercial Register. The share capital was increased based on a
resolution of the supervisory council adopted on 19.09.2017. The share capital
was increased in connection with the offering of new shares of AS Pro Kapital
Grupp, which took place during 20.09.2017 - 04.10.2017. The results of the
offering were published on 06.10.2017

As of 19.10.2017, the amount of share capital of AS Pro Kapital Grupp is EUR
11,337,590.80, which is represented by 56,687,954 shares.
AS Pro Kapital Grupp has submitted an application for the admission of new
shares (i.e. 2,416,232 shares) to trading on the regulated market (secondary
list) operated by Nasdaq Tallinn AS. AS Pro Kapital Grupp expects that the new
shares will be admitted to trading in the coming days. Nasdaq Tallinn AS will
publish a separate notification thereof.
