AS Pro Kapital Grupp (edaspidi Pro Kapital) teavitab, et 17.10.2017 saatis AS
Pro Kapital Grupp aktsionär Eginvest Limited teate, mille kohaselt 13.10.2017
tehingu tulemusena suurenes Eginvest Limited osalus Pro Kapitalis 1 340 523
aktsia võrra 26,28%-ni. Aktsiaid hoitakse Nordea Bank Finland Plc
esindajakontol.
Vastava 1 340 523 aktsia võrra on vähenenud A.F.I. American Financial
Investments Ltd.osalus.
Pro Kapitalile edastatud informatsiooni kohaselt ei muutunud antud aktsiate
lõplik kasusaaja, kelleks on jätkuvalt Ernesto Preatoni ja tema lähikondsed,
kellele kuulub kokku 41,32% Pro Kapitali aktsiatest.
Teavitamiskohustus tuleneb Eesti väärtpaberituru seaduse paragrahvist 185.

Changes in substantial shareholdings
Message
AS Pro Kapital Grupp (hereinafter Pro Kapital) informs that it has on
17.10.2017 received a notification from Eginvest Limited that based on
13.10.2017 transaction the participation of Eginvest Limited in Pro Kapital has
increased by 1 340 523 shares to 26,28%. Shares are held through Nordea Bank
Finland Plc nominee account.
A.F.I. American Financial Investments Ltd holding has decreased by the
corresponding number of shares (1 340 523 shares).
According to the information presented to Pro Kapital the shares did not change
the final beneficial owner, who is still Ernesto Preatoni and his family, their
participation in Pro Kapital is 41,32%.
A notification obligation derives from the Estonian Securities Market Act
article 185.
