Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (LvivTech.City büroohoone)

Nordecon AS’i Ukrainas registreeritud tütarettevõte Eurocon Ukraine TOV ning
Lviv Standartbud Limited Liability Company sõlmisid lepingu Lvivi
innovatsiooniparki LvivTech.City 6-korruselise büroohoone ehitamiseks. Hoone
ehitatakse LEED Gold standardite järgi ning selles on valmides kokku pinda 17
800 m2.
Lepingu maksumus on koos käibemaksuga ca 8,1 miljonit eurot. Ehitus valmib 2018
aasta septembris.
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud
hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule.

Construction contract (LvivTech.City office building)
Message
Eurocon Ukraine TOV, a subsidiary of Nordecon AS registered in Ukraine, and
Lviv Standartbud Limited Liability Company concluded a contract for the
construction of a 6-storey office building in the innovation park LvivTech.City
in Lviv. The building will have a total surface area of 17,800 m2 and will meet
the requirements of the LEED Gold certificate.
The contract value is around 8.1 million euros (including VAT). The
construction will be completed in September 2018.
