AS Pro Kapital Grupp (registrikood 10278802, registreeritud aadress Sõjakooli
11, 11316, Tallinn; edaspidi Pro Kapital Grupp) teatas 19. septembril 2017 uute
Pro Kapital Grupp aktsiate pakkumisest vastavalt avaldatud aktsiate avaliku
pakkumise ja kauplemisele võtmise prospektile (edaspidi Prospekt). 2. oktoobril
2017 registreeris Finantsinspektsioon Prospekti lisa seoses Pro Kapital Grupi
poolelioleva Kristiine City kinnisvaraarenduse ning hotellide müügi kohta
avaldatud täiendava informatsiooniga.

Notice on Supplement to the Public Offering and Admission to Trading Prospectus of AS Pro Kapital Grupp

AS Pro Kapital Grupp (register code 10278802, registered address Sõjakooli 11,
11316, Tallinn; hereinafter Pro Kapital Grupp) published an announcement on 19
September 2017 regarding the offering of new Pro Kapital Grupp shares according
to the public offering and admission to trading prospectus (hereinafter
Prospectus). On 2 October 2017, the Financial Supervision Authority registered
a supplement to the Prospectus in connection with additional information
published regarding the status of Pro Kapital Grupp’s ongoing real estate
development project at Kristiine City, and the sale of the group’s hotels.
