Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Omniva logistikakeskus)
Message
Nordecon AS kontserni kuuluva ettevõtte Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brändinimi NOBE) ja
Eventus Ehitus OÜ konsortsium sõlmis Omnivaga lepingu 13 000 m2 pinnaga
logistikakeskuse ehitamiseks Tallinna külje alla Rae valda. Põhiosas tuleb
logistikakeskuse hoone ühekorruseline, väiksem kontoritiib on kahekorruseline.
Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 10 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks.
Tööd valmivad 2018. aasta sügiseks.
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud

Construction contract (Omniva logistics centre)
Message
A consortium of Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE), a Nordecon Group company,
and Eventus Ehitus OÜ entered into a contract with Omniva for the construction
of the 13,000 sqm logistics centre in Rae parish near Tallinn. The building is
in its main part one-storey with a smaller two-storey office wing.
The value of the contract is approximately 10 million euros plus value added
tax. The works will be completed in autumn 2018.
