Erkki Suurorg juhatuse esimehe kohusetäitja
Message
27.07.2017 toimunud Nordecon ASi nõukogu otsusega nimetati alates 01.08.2017
ettevõtte juhatuse esimehe kohusetäitjaks juhatuse liige Erkki Suurorg. Erkki
Suurorg on juhatuse esimehe kohusetäitja kuni uue juhatuse esimehe ametisse
nimetamiseni.
Erkki Suurorg töötab Nordeconi kontsernis 1999. aastast. Ta on täitnud
projektijuhi ja divisjonijuhi ülesandeid ning 2005. aastast juhatuse liikme
kohuseid. Erkki on lõpetanud 1997. aastal Tallinna Tehnikaülikooli
tsiviilehituse eriala. 2016. aastal valiti Erkki Suurorg Eesti
Ehitusettevõtjate Liidu juhatusse. Ta on Eesti Ehitusinseneride Liidu liige ja
omab volitatud ehitusinseneri V kutset.
Alates 01.08.2017 jätkab Nordecon AS juhatus neljaliikmelisena koosseisus Erkki
Suurorg (juhatuse esimehe kohusetäitja, ehitustegevus Eestis), Priit Luman
(ehitustegevus välisturgudel), Ando Voogma (müük ja ettevalmistus) ja Maret
Tambek (finantsjuhtimine ja tugiteenused).
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud
hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule.
Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Ukrainas, Soomes ja
Rootsis. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas,
Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni
2016. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 183 miljonit eurot. Nordeconi
kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligi 720 inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on
emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas.

Erkki Suurorg acting chairman of the management board
Message
Supervisory board of Nordecon AS decided on its meeting held on 27 July 2017 to
appoint member of the management board Erkki Suurorg the acting chairman of the
management board as of 01 August 2017. Erkki Suurorg will perform these duties
until the appointment of the new chairman of the management board.
Erkki Suurorg has been working for the group since 1999. He has filled the
positions of project manager and division manager, and he has been a member of
the management board since 2005. Erkki graduated from Tallinn University of
Technology in the field of civil engineering in 1997. Erkki has been a member
of the management board of the Estonian Association of Construction
Entrepreneurs since May 2016. Erkki is a member of the Estonian Association of
Civil Engineers and he is an authorised civil engineer of Estonia.
Starting from 01 August 2017 the management board of Nordecon AS will continue
with four members – Erkki Suurorg (acting chairman, construction operations in
Estonia), Priit Luman (construction operations in the export markets), Ando
Voogma (sales and pre-construction) and Maret Tambek (financial management and
support services).
