Juhatuse liikmed Tiit Atso ja Aron Kuhi-Thalfeldt jätkavad kehtivate volituste alusel kuni 31.10.2019. Ühtlasi nimetasid nõukogu liikmed 27.4.2017 aktsionäride üldkoosoleku poolt valitud liikmete seast nõukogu esimeheks senise esimehe Endel Palla ning aseesimeheks Andres Toome. Extension of the authorisations of the Chairman of the Management Board
Message
At its meeting on 3 May 2017, the Supervisory Board of Harju Elekter extended the authorisations of the Chairman of the Management Board, Andres Allikmäe, starting from 4 May 2017 for the next 3 years. Management Board members Tiit Atso and Aron Kuhi-Thalfeldt will continue to serve under their effective authorisations until 31 October 2019. At the same time, the members of the Supervisory Board appointed former Chairman Endel Palla, as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Andres Toome as the Vice Chairman, elected from among the members by the General Meeting of Shareholders on 27 April 2017. Supervisory Board members Andres Toome and Triinu Tombak will continue as members of the Audit Committee.
