Northern Horizon Capital AS (Fondivalitseja) kui Baltic Horizon Fund (Fond) fondivalitseja informeerib, et Fondivalitseja ainuaktsionär, Northern Horizon Capital A/S valis uueks Fondivalitseja nõukogu liikmeks Reimo Hammerberg’i volituste kehtivusega 5 aastat alates 27. jaanuarist 2017. Uue nõukogu liikme valimine on seotud Milda Dargužait? poolt Fondivalitseja nõukogust lahkumisega, millest Fondivalitseja teavitas turgu 14. detsembril 2016. Milda Dargužait? nimetati peaminister Saulius Skvernelis’e poolt Leedu Vabariigi valitsuse kantsleriks. Fondivalitseja ainuaktsionär võttis Milda Dargužait? lahkumisavalduse vastu. Reimo Hammerberg on sündinud aastal 1974 ning on vandeadvokaat ja advokaadibüroo Sorainen partner. Tema tegevusvaldkondade hulka kuuluvad pangandusõigus ja kapitaliturgude õigus. Reimol on bakalaurusekraad õigusteaduses Tartu Ülikoolist (2003) ning magistrikraad San Diego Ülikoolist Ameerika Ühendriikides (2006). Northern Horizon Capital AS (the Management Company) as the management company of Baltic Horizon Fund (the Fund) hereby informs that the sole shareholder of the Management Company, Northern Horizon Capital A/S, elected Reimo Hammerberg as member of the supervisory board of the Management Company as of 27 January 2017 for a period of 5 years. Appointment of a new supervisory board member is related to Milda Dargužait?’s resignation from the supervisory board of the Management Company which was announced to the market on 14 December 2016. Milda Dargužait? was appointed as chancellor of the government of the Lithuanian Republic by Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis. The sole shareholder of the Management Company accepted Milda Dargužait?’s letter of resignation. Reimo Hammerberg was born at 1974 and is an attorney-at-law and partner at Law Firm Sorainen.
