Tallinn, Eesti, 2017-01-23 15:34 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv UAB Merko statyba on käivitanud Rinktin?s Urban korteriarendusprojekti Vilniuse kesklinnas Rinktin?se ja Ceikiniu tänava nurgal. Arendus hõlmab kolme kortermaja, hotelli ning kogu arendusala ühendavat kahekorruselist maa-alust parklat. Ettevõte on alustanud ehitustöödega, Ibis hotell valmib 2018. aasta suvel ning kortermajad 2018. aasta teises pooles. Rinktin?s Urban korteriarendusprojekti (http://merko.lt/rinktinesurban/) kolmes 5–8-korruselises kortermajas on kokku 120 korterit suuruses 30–125 ruutmeetrit ning esimestel korrustel enam kui 1000 m² äripinda. Korteritel on avarad rõdud, esimese korruse korteritel on terrassid ning ülemiste korruste korteritel katuseterrassid. A-energiaklassiga hoone korterid on varustatud soojustagastusega sundventilatsioonisüsteemiga, mis tagab korterites värske õhu ja ühtlase õhujaotuse. Panipaigad ja 181 parkimiskohta paiknevad kahekorruselises maa-aluses parklas. Korterite ruutmeetri hind jääb vahemikku 1900–2700 eurot. Rinktin?s Urban asub Vilniuse kesklinna kiirelt arenevas piirkonnas endise linnastaadioni lähedal ja jalutuskäigu kaugusel linna ajaloolisest keskusest ehk katedraali väljakust ja Gediminase lossist. Tallinn, Estonia, 2017-01-23 15:34 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- UAB Merko statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the Rinktin?s Urban residential development in the city centre of Vilnius, located at the corner of Rinktin?s and Ceikiniu streets. The development project comprises three residential buildings, a hotel and a two-storey underground parking connecting the entire complex. The company has started the construction works, Ibis hotel will be completed in summer 2018 and residential buildings in the second half of 2018. Rinktin?s Urban residential development project (http://merko.lt/rinktinesurban/) three 5–8-storey apartment buildings have 120 apartments with sizes between 30-125 square metres and over 1,000 m² of commercial space at the ground floor. Apartments have spacious balconies, first floor apartments have terraces and the upper floor ones have roof terraces. Each apartment of energy class A building is equipped with air-recuperation system, which provides fresh air and ensures inconspicuous air distribution in all rooms.
