18. oktoobril 2016 kanti äriregistrisse ASi Harju Elekter aktsiakapitali vähendamine 28. aprillil 2016 toimunud aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuse alusel. Ettevõtte registreeritud aktsiakapitali uus suurus on 11 176 124,40 eurot, mis on jagatud 17 739 880 nimiväärtuseta aktsiaks, mille arvestuslik väärtus on 0,63 eurot. Aktsiakapitali vähendamine summas 1 241 791,60 eurot ehk 0.07 eurot aktsia kohta makstakse aktsionäridele välja vastavalt seaduses sätestatud kolme kuu möödumisel aktsiakapitali vähendamise äriregistrisse kandmisest, so. 20. jaanuaril 2017. Aktsiakapitali vähendamisest tulenevate väljamaksete saamiseks õigustatud aktsionäride nimekiri fikseeriti 12. mail 2016 kella 23.59 seisuga. The payment related to reduction of the share capital
Message
At 18 October 2016, the reduction of share capital of AS Harju Elekter on the basis adopted by resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders held at 28 April 2016 was entered in the Commercial Register. The new amount of the registered share capital of the Company is 11,176,124.40 euros, which is divided into 17,739,880 ordinary shares without nominal value and with the calculated value of 0.63 euros per share. The reduction of share capital in the amount of 1,241, 791.60 euros or 0.07 euros per share shall be paid to the shareholders three months after entry of the reduction of share capital in the commercial register, on 20th of January 2017. The list of shareholders, who were entitled to receive the payment related to reduction of the share capital was closed on 12 May 2016 at 23:59.
