suurendamine 17.06.2016 toimunud aktsionäride üldkoosoleku otsuse alusel.
Ettevõtte registreeritud aktsiakapitali uus suurus on 10 854 344.40 eurot, mis
on jagatud 54 271 722 aktsiaks nimiväärtusega 0,20 eurot.

Increase of share capital has been registered in Commercial Register
Message
On 19.12.2016 Commercial Register registered the increase of share capital of
AS Pro Kapital Grupp based on the shareholders decision of 17.06.2016. The new
amount of the registered share capital of the company is 10 854 344.40 euros,
which is divided into 54 271 722 shares with nominal value of 0,20 euros.
