Northern Horizon Capital AS (Fondivalitseja) kui Baltic Horizon Fund (Fond) fondivalitseja teavitas 6. detsembril 2016 Fondi osakute esimese kauplemispäeva edasilükkumisest Nasdaq Stockholmi börsil kuni 14. detsembrini 2016 või sellele lähedase kuupäevani. Fondivalitseja informeerib, et esimene kauplemispäev Nasdaq Stockholmi börsil lükkub veelkord edasi ning esimene kauplemispäev on hiljemalt 23. detsembril 2016. Tähtaja edasilükkumine on põhjustatud viivitusest osakute registreerimise protsessis Euroclear Sweden AB-s, ning täpsemalt Fondi osakute Nasdaq Stockholmi börsil noteerimiseks ja kauplemiseks vajaliku lingi loomisega Eesti Väärtpaberite Keskregistri ja Euroclear Sweden AB kui Rootsi keskdepositooriumi vahel. Nimetatud link luuakse eelduslikult hiljemalt 16. detsembril 2016. Baltic Horizon Fond on registreeritud avalik kinnine investeerimisfond ja Baltic Horizon Fondi osakutega alustati Nasdaq Balti fondinimekirjas kauplemist 6.juulil 2016. Fondi börsitähis (ticker) NASDAQ Tallinna börsil on NHCBHFFT, pärast noteerimist saab Fondi börsitähiseks NASDAQ Stockholm börsil NHCBHFFS. Baltic Horizon Fund: Delay in first trading day on Nasdaq Stockholm

On 6 December 2016 Northern Horizon Capital AS (the Management Company) as the management company of Baltic Horizon Fund (the Fund) announced a delay of the first trading day of Fund units on Nasdaq Stockholm until on or about 14 December 2016. The Management Company hereby notifies that the first trading day of Fund units on Nasdaq Stockholm is further delayed and will take place no later than 23 December 2016. The hold-up is due to a delay in the registration process of the Fund units with Euroclear Sweden AB, and more specifically with establishing the necessary link between Estonian Central Registry of Securities and Euroclear Sweden AB, which is the Central Securities Depository in Sweden in order to enable listing and trading of the Fund units on Nasdaq Stockholm. The above link will be established presumably by 16 December 2016 at the latest. Baltic Horizon Fund is a registered public closed-end real estate fund and Baltic Horizon units began trading on the Nasdaq Baltic Fund list of July 6, 2016. The company's stock symbol (ticker) is NHCBHFFT, after listing on NASDAQ Stockholm the Fund will receive a ticker of NHCBHFFS.
