Message
17.06.2016 toimunud AS Pro Kapital Grupp aktsionäride koosolekul võeti vastu
otsus AS Pro Kapital Grupp aktsiakapitali suurendamise kohta aktsiate
väljalaskmise teel 67 784 aktsia võrra hinnaga 2,37 eurot aktsia kohta.
Esimene märkimisperiood toimus 20.06.2016 - 22.06.2016, mille kestel pakuti
märkimiseks 33 892 aktsiat. Aktsiate märkimise õigus oli ettevõtte juhatuse
liikmel Paolo Vittorio Michelozzil. Esimesel märkimisperioodil märgiti kõik 33
892 aktsiat kogusummas 80 324,04 eurot (börsiteade 22.06.2016)
Pro Kapital teavitab käesolevaga, et teine märkimisperiood toimus 25.11.2016 -
02.12.2016, mille kestel pakuti märkimiseks 33 892 aktsiat. Aktsiate märkimise
õigus oli ettevõtte juhatuse liikmel Paolo Vittorio Michelozzil. Teisel
märkimisperioodil märgiti kõik 33 892 aktsiat kogusummas 80 324,04 eurot.
Peale märgitud aktsiate registreerimist on AS Pro Kapital Grupp aktsiakapitali
uus suurus 10 854 344,40 eurot.

RESULTS OF OFFERING OF NEW SHARES OF AS PRO KAPITAL GRUPP
Message
The shareholders meeting of 17.06.2016 decided to increase the share capital of
AS Pro Kapital Grupp by issuing the new shares in amount of 67 784 shares with
price 2,37 EUR per share.
First subscription period took place from 20.06.2016 until 22.06.2016 when 33
892 shares were offered for subscription. The right to subscribe for new shares
was issued to Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi, the Member of the Management Board of
the Company. During the first offering period all 33 892 shares were subscribed
with total value of 80 324,04 EUR (stock-exchange notice 22.06.2016).
Pro Kapital hereby announces that second subscription period took place from
25.11.2016 until 02.12.2016 when 33 892 shares were offered for subscription.
The right to subscribe for new shares was issued to Paolo Vittorio Michelozzi,
the Member of the Management Board of the Company. During the second offering
period all 33 892 shares were subscribed with total value of 80 324,04 EUR
After registration of subscribed shares the new amount of AS Pro Kapital Grupp
share capital shall be 10 854 344,40 EUR.
