Message
Nordecon AS tütarettevõte AS Eston Ehitus ja Martensi Maja OÜ sõlmisid lepingu
Pärnusse Pikk tänav 12 rajatava äri- ja eluhoone – Martensi maja - ehitamiseks.
Viiekorruselise äri- ja eluhoone brutopind saab olema 4 858 m2 ning selle
esimesele korrusele tuleb Rimi kaubanduspind ja ülejäänud korrustele äripinnad
ja korterid.
Lepingu maksumus on 3,7 miljonit eurot, hinnale lisandub käibemaks. Tööd
lõpetatakse 2017. aasta detsembriks.
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud
hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule.

Construction contract (Martens house)
Message
AS Eston Ehitus, a subsidiary of Nordecon AS, and Martensi Maja OÜ concluded a
contract for the construction of Martens house – a business and residential
building in Pärnu, Pikk street 12. The five-storey building’s gross space will
be 4,858 sqm, where the first floor will accommodate Rimi shopping space and
the floors above the offices and apartments.
The value of the contracts is 3.7 million euros, excluding VAT. The works will
be completed by December 2017.
