AS Pro Kapital Grupp teatab, et on lunastanud 100 „AS Pro Kapital Grupp
võlakiri 11.2016“ võlakirja väljalaskehinnas kokku 1 000 000 EUR ning esitanud
Eesti Väärtpaberite Keskregistrile taotluse võlakirjade kustutamiseks
registrist.
Võlakirjad kandsid intressi 5% kalendriaastas. Iga võlakirja väljalaskehind oli
10 000 EUR ning võlakirjade lunastuspäev oli 22.11.2016.

Notice of redemption of bonds
Message
AS Pro Kapital Grupp informs that it has redeemed 100 “AS Pro Kapital Grupp
bond 11.2016” bonds in total issue price of 1 000 000 EUR and has submitted the
Estonian Central Register of Securities the application to delete the bonds
from the register.
The bonds bear an annual interest of 5%. The issue price of each bond was 10
000 EUR and the redemption date of the bonds was 22.11.2016.
