Baltic Horizon fondi täiendavate osakute pakkumine Taanis

Northern Horizon Capital AS (Fondivalitseja) kui Baltic Horizon Fond (Fond) fondivalitseja teavitas 8. novembril 2016 kuni 37 131 000 uue Fondi osaku täiendava avaliku pakkumisest. Fondi uute osakute arv võib suureneda veel 22 279 000 võrra, s.t. kuni 59 410 000 uue osakuni (Uued Osakud), kui Fondivalitseja otsustab kasutada Suurendamise Võimalust (inglise keeles Upsizing Option). Fondivalitseja teatas samuti, et avalik pakkumine koosneb pakkumisest jaeinvestoritele Eestis, Rootsis, Soomes ja Taanis (pärast vastava loa saamist) ja pakkumisest institutsionaalsetele investoritele. Fondivalitseja informeerib käesolevaga, et Taani Finantsjärelevalveasutus väljastas 18. novembril 2016 Fondivalitsejale loa pakkuda Uusi Osakuid Taani jaeinvestoritele. Baltic Horizon Fond on registreeritud avalik kinnine investeerimisfond ja Baltic Horizon Fondi osakutega alustati Nasdaq Balti fondinimekirjas kauplemist 6. juuli 2016. Fondi börsitähis (ticker) NASDAQ Tallinna börsil on NHCBHFFT. Fondivalitseja omab alternatiivfondide fondivalitseja litsentsi. Offering of Baltic Horizon Fund new units in Denmark

Northern Horizon Capital AS (the Management Company) as management company of Baltic Horizon Fund (the Fund) announced on 8 November to Nasdaq Tallinn of registration of prospectus for public offering and listing of up 37,131,000 new units of the Fund. The number of new Fund units may increase further by 22,279,000, i.e. up to 59,410,000 (the Offer Units) in case the Management Company decides to use the Upsizing Option. Management Company also announced the secondary public offering of Offer Units to consist of offering to retail investors in Estonia, Sweden, Finland and Denmark (after obtaining a respective licence) and of offering to institutional investors. Management Company hereby informs that the authorisation to market Offer Units to retail investors in Denmark has been granted by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority on 18 November 2016. Baltic Horizon Fund is a registered public closed-end real estate fund and Baltic Horizon units began trading on the Nasdaq Baltic Fund list of July 6, 2016. The company's stock symbol (ticker) is NHCBHFFT. The Management Company is operating under an Alternative Investment Fund Manager license granted by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority. Both the Fund and the Management Company are supervised by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority.
