Muudatus AS Merko Ehitus Eesti juhatuse koosseisus

Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-11-04 08:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vastavalt AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluva tütarettevõtte AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu otsusele toimub muudatus ettevõtte juhatuses. Senise juhatuse esimehe Tiit Robeni asemel asub 14. novembril 2016 ametisse Keit Paal. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti juhatus jätkab neljaliikmelisena: Keit Paal (esimees), Jaan Mäe, Veljo Viitmann ja Alar Lagus. Tiit Roben liitus Merkoga 1998. aastal projektijuhina, aastatel 2008–2012 oli ta AS Merko Ehitus juhatuse esimees ning alates 2012. aasta jaanuarist AS Merko Ehitus Eesti juhatuse esimees. AS Merko Ehitus Eesti nõukogu tänab Tiit Robenit pikaajalise panuse eest Merkosse. Keit Paal on juhtinud alates 2014. aastast AS Merko Ehitus Eesti üldehituse valdkonda ning varasemalt töötanud Merko Ehituses aastatel 2002–2011 objektijuhi, projektijuhi ja projektidirektorina. Aastatel 2011–2014 töötas Keit Paal Skanska ASis valdkonna juhina. Keit Paali CV on lisatud käesolevale teatele manusena. AS Merko Ehitus (group.merko.ee) kontserni kuuluvad Eesti juhtiv ehitusettevõte AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, Läti turule keskendunud SIA Merks, Leedu turul tegutsev UAB Merko Statyba ning kontserni kinnisvaraarenduse äriüksus koos kinnisvara omavate äriühingutega. 2015. aasta lõpu seisuga andis kontsern tööd 791 inimesele ning ettevõtte 2015. aasta müügitulu oli 251 miljonit eurot. Change in the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti

Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-11-04 08:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- According to the decision of The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, there will be a change in the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti as of 14 November 2016. Instead of Tiit Roben, Keit Paal will become the Chairman of the Management Board. The Management Board of the AS Merko Ehitus Eesti will continue with four members: Keit Paal (the Chairman), Jaan Mäe, Alar Lagus and Veljo Viitmann. Tiit Roben joined Merko in 1998 as the Project Manager. In 2008–2012 he was the Chairman of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus and he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti since January 2012. The Supervisory Board of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti is thankful to Tiit Roben´s contribution to the company. Keit Paal has been the manager of general construction division of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti since 2014, in 2002–2011 he worked at Merko as site manager, project manager and project director. In 2011–2014 he worked at Skanska AS as the manager of general construction division. Keit Paal’s CV is enclosed to the stock exchange release.
