Tallinn, Eesti, 2016-11-03 15:34 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS PRFoods teatab, et 2.11.2016 ajalehes Äripäev ilmunud artiklis „Palgasaajate TOP: Üle 5000 euro kuus teenivad tippjuhid“ toodud info juhatuse esimehe Indrek Kasela palga kohta on ebakorrektne. AS PRFoods majandusaasta aruanne on konsolideeritud ning aruandes toodud numbrid sisaldavad ka tütarettevõtete juhatuse liikmete tasusid. Indrek Kasela määrati juhatuse esimeheks alates 02.02.2015. Enne seda olid ASi PRFoods juhatuse liikmed Katre Kõvask (juhatuse esimees) ja Erik Haavamäe. Tallinn, Estonia, 2016-11-03 15:34 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The 2nd of November 2016 Äripäev article „Palgasaajate TOP: Üle 5000 euro kuus teenivad tippjuhid“ (TOP Salaries: List of executives earning more than 5000 euros monthly) disclosed incorrect data regarding to monthly salary of Chairman of the Management Board Indrek Kasela. AS PRFoods annual report is consolidated and includes salaries of the members of Management Boards of AS PRFoods subsidiaries. Indrek Kasela was appointed as a Chairman of the Management Board at 2nd of February 2015. The former members of Management Board were Katre Kõvask (Chairman of the Management Board) and Erik Haavamäe. Information about the change in Management Board is available at https://newsclient.omxgroup.com/cdsPublic/viewDisclosure.action?disclosureId=641 619&messageId=797103. Indrek Kasela’s monthly gross salary is 8 976,80 euros. Members of the Management Board are entitled to bonus. In 2015 bonuses were not paid out.
