Seoses Ekspress Grupi juhtkonnas alates uuest aastast aset leidvate
muudatustega, otsustasid grupi tütar- ja sidusettevõtete nõukogud teha
järgmised muudatused aktsiaseltside Ekspress Meedia, Ajakirjade Kirjastus ja SL
Õhtuleht juhtimises alates 01.01.2017:
1) praegune Ajakirjade Kirjastuse juhataja Tõnu Väät asub tööle Ekspress Meedia
juhatuse esimehena,
2) Ajakirjade Kirjastuse uueks juhatajaks saab Merle Viirmaa-Treifeldt, kes
käesoleval ajal juhib SL Õhtulehte ja
3) SL Õhtulehe juhatuse uus esimees on Erik Heinsaar, praegune SL Õhtulehe
reklaamidirektor.

New heads of subsidiary and associate companies of AS Ekspress Grupp

Having regard to the changes taking place starting from the new year in
management of AS Ekspress Grupp, the Supervisory Boards of group’s subsidiary
and associate companies have decided to make the following changes in the
management of the companies Ekspress Meedia, Ajakirjade Kirjastus and SL
Õhtuleht starting from 01.01.2017:
1) Tõnu Väät, currently the head of Ajakirjade Kirjastus will start working as
a CEO of Ekspress Meedia,
2) Merle Viirmaa-Treifeldt, currently the CEO of SL Õhtuleht, will become the
new head of Ajakirjade Kirjastus, and
3) Erik Heinsaar, currently the sales director of SL Õhtuleht, will become the
new CEO of SL Õhtuleht.
