21.oktoobril 2016 kanti äriregistrisse AS Trigon Property Development (ühendav ühing, edaspidi TPD) ja tütarettevõtte OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara (ühendatav ühing, edaspidi VNK) ühinemine. Ühinemise kandmisel äriregistrisse läks kogu VNK vara üle TPD-le ning VNK kustutati äriregistrist seoses ühinemisega. Ühinemise bilansi päev on 01.07.2016.a. Merger of AS Trigon Property Development with its wholly-owned subsidiary OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara
Message
On 21 October 2016 the merger of AS Trigon Property Development (acquiring company, hereinafter TPD) and its subsidiary OÜ VN Niidu Kinnisvara (company being acquired, hereinafter VNK) was entered into the Commercial Register. Upon entry to the Commercial Register all of the assets of VNK were transferred to TPD and VNK was deleted from the Commercial Register in connection with the merger. The balance sheet date of the merger is 1st of July 2016. The merger was executed pursuant to the merger agreement entered into on 21 July 2016 (Stock Exchange news of 21 July 2016).
